To protect the environment and avoid unnecessary costs, all PAN-Biotech products that do not require refrigeration for storage will be shipped at ambient temperature.

Shipping within Germany and Austria

For expected delivery times, please refer to the individual product pages and your order confirmation.

Shipping of our products takes place from Monday to Thursday. To ensure the quality of our goods, shipments containing dry ice will only be dispatched from Monday to Wednesday.

The following shipping costs apply within Germany

University customers

For order values from €0.00 to €299.99: €14.90 shipping without dry ice; €34.90 shipping with dry ice

For order values of €300.00 and above: Free shipping

Industrial customers

Freight costs are calculated based on the order quantity and weight.

Industrial Shipping

Your freight costs for international shipments will be calculated during checkout in your shopping cart.

Please note that international orders with a volume exceeding 100kg, you will be prompted to submit a bulk inquiry. This allows us to create a customized offer and ensure you receive the best possible price.

Only after you have confirmed this offer in writing (via email or fax) does the purchase become binding.
