The OKT3 monoclonal antibody reacts with an epitope located on the ε chain of the CD3 complex. The human CD3 antigen is present on mature human T cells, thymocytes, and NKT cells. Clone OKT3 has been shown to activate T cell function.
Storage conditions and stability
Lyophilized CD3 is stable at 2 – 8 °C for 24 months from production date. The lyophilized CD3 should be reconstituted in sterile distilled water to your desired concentration. Should be stored in working aliquots at -20°C when reconstituted.
